About This Course

A-Level History is about far more than dates. You’ll investigate why events happened, weigh conflicting sources and interpretations, and build well-evidenced arguments about how and why the world changed.

You’ll study a mix of British and wider world history, with the specific periods chosen by the department, and complete an independent investigation on a topic that interests you.
